剖宫产率与剖宫产指征变化探析

摘要

目的：观察医院剖宫产率及其指征变化，分析近年来剖宫产率上升的原因。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的产妇1000例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察各项指征随时间而发生的变化。结果：剖宫产指征有所放宽，2010年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院难产及剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势，2013年与2011年剖宫产率比较，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)；社会因素是剖宫产率上升的主要原因，2013年社会因素跃居第一位。结论：为保证母婴健康，应掌握剖宫产指征，多渠道宣传自然分娩，提高自然分娩率。%Objective:To observe the hospital cesarean section rate and changes in evidence in the analysis of our hospital in recent years the incidence rate of reason.Method:Selecting 1000 cases of maternal in our hospital,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,observing all the evidence changes over time.Result:Cesarean section proves eased,from January 2010 to December 2013,there was an upward trend in our hospital during childbirth and cesarean section rate,comparing 2013 with 2011,cesarean section rate difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).Social factors were the main reasons for the cesarean section rate,social factors become the first in 2013.Conclusion:In order to ensure the maternal and child health,should grasp cesarean delivery charges,multi-channel propaganda natural childbirth,improve natural births.
