全科团队工作模式下社区护士角色功能的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To study the community nurse role function in the general team working mode.Method:16 paramedics adopted interview by face-to-face communication,and organize information and data analysis.Result:In the interview,the work based on medical services was 93.75%,87.50%thinked family visits and family bed due to shortage of nursing staff and admission fees/reimbursement policy basic,which had not been carried out,87.5%thinked of community nurses in team service mode bear less public health service role.From the status quo of community nurses’ roles and functions,roles were caregivers, educators,cooperation and coordination,the observer and the study,leaders,managers and organizers,advocate.Community nurses interviewed that should strengthen the role in health education(87.50%),coordinator and partners(68.75%),observer and researcher(62.50%),organizer and manager(56.25%), caregivers(50.00%),advocates(37.50%),leader (31.25%).The affecting factors,and that government support for the 75.00%,81.25%that the public health service efficiency,100%associated with their own ability.Conclusion:In order to better play to the general community nurse role function team work mode,the government should attach importance to it,give more investment in community health services,improve the community nursing personnel training mechanism, and community nurses team service responsibilities of supervision and management.%目的:研究全科团队工作模式下社区护士角色功能。方法:对16名社区医务人员采用面对面式的交流访谈,并整理分析相关信息和资料。结果:本次访谈中93.75%表示其承担的工作为基本医疗服务,87.5%认为家庭出诊与家庭病床因护理人员不足及入院收费/报销等政策问题基本尚未开展;87.50%认为社区护士在团队服务模式中较少承担公共卫生服务角色;从社区护士角色功能现状来看,承担的角色依次为照顾者、教育者、合作者和协调者、观察者和研究者、领导者、管理者和组织者、倡导者;访谈中社区护士认为应加强的角色依次为健康教育者(87.50%)、协调者和合作者(68.75%)、观察者和研究者(62.50%)、组织者和管理者(56.25%)、照顾者(50.00%)、倡导者(37.50%)、领导者(31.25%);在影响因素方面,75.00%认为与政府支持有关,81.25%认为公共卫生服务效率有关,100%认为与自身能力相关。结论:为更好地发挥全科团队工作模式下社区护士角色功能,政府应多予以重视,加大社区卫生服务投入,完善社区护理人才培养机制以及社区护士团队服务职责的监督与管理。
