医学生卫生统计学学习现状分析

摘要

目的：了解目前学生对卫生统计学课程的学习态度、学习现状、学习难点以及对教学内容的评价，为教学方法的改进提供建议。方法：采用自制调查问卷，对四川大学300名2013卫生统计学春季班的学生进行调查，用SAS 9.2软件进行统计分析。结果：发放300份问卷，回收297份(99.00%)，293份(98.65%)有效；89.42%的学生赞成现在的卫生统计学学习是为将来的工作做准备，94.20%的学生认为卫生统计学知识有用，81.79%的学生能理解课堂上一半及以上的内容。学生较难理解的章节是卡方检验(29.62%)、秩和检验(26.83%)、方差分析(23.69%)、t检验(21.25%)。结论：越来越多的人已认识到卫生统计学在整个医学和公共卫生科学研究中的地位和作用。%Objective:To assess students’attitude,current study situation,difficult point on Health Statistics in Sichuan University and to make some advices for improving teaching methods.Method:300 students of Sichuan University health statistics in the 2013 spring semester were surveyed by the self-designed questionnaire.The statistical analysis was conducted with SAS 9.2 statistical software.Result:A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed.297 questionnaires were returned,the return rate was 99.00%,and 293 students were valid,the effective rate was 98.65%.89.42%students believed that better understanding of health statistics would be beneficial and 94.20%respondents agreed that health statistics knowledge was useful.81.79%participants could understand more than half of contents on the course.The chapters which were difficult to understand were chi-square test(29.62%),rank sum test(26.83%),analysis of variance(23.69%) and t test(21.25%).Conclusion:More and more students realized the importance of health statistics on medical and health research.
