不同方法治疗封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者的疗效比较

Objective:To compare the curative effect of two different therapies for the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and negative blocking antibodies.One is the active lymphocyte immunotherapy with passive immunoglobulin immunotherapy and the conventional tocolytic therapy,the other is the passive immunoglobulin immunotherapy and routine tocolytic therapy.Method:60 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and negative blocking antibodies were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(30 cases) underwent the active lymphocyte immunotherapy with passive immunoglobulin immunotherapy and the conventional tocolytic therapy;Group B(30 cases) for the passive immunoglobulin immunotherapy and routine tocolytic therapy.Compared the successful pregnancy ratio of two groups.Result:After the treatment,the successful pregnancy rate of group A was 93.33%,the successful pregnancy rate of group B was 70.00%,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the active lymphocyte immunotherapy with passive immunoglobulin immunotherapy and the conventional tocolytic therapy is better.%目的：比较淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗联合免疫球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗与免疫球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗对封闭抗体阴性的复发性流产患者的疗效。方法：临床确诊为封闭抗体阴性的复发性流产患者60例，随机分为两组：A组(30例)行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗联合免疫球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗，B组(30例)行免疫球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗。比较两组患者的妊娠成功率。结果：经治疗后，A组妊娠成功率为93.33%，B组妊娠成功率为70.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗联合免疫球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗较免疫球蛋白被动免疫及常规保胎治疗效果更好。
