小剂量阿司匹林在心血管疾病中应用调查分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate and analyze the application status of small dose of Aspirin in the Department of Cardiology.Method:200 patients taking Aspirin were randomly selected,investigate the using and analyzing the reasons.Result:In 200 cases,surveyed patients do notunderstand small dose aspirin can prevent cardiovascular disease,dosage was not standard,voluntary withdrawal,the other was not standardized medication all occupy a certain proportion.The reasons were patients worry about adverse reactions,community chronic disease management was not in place,non heart specialistguidance.Conclusion:Aspirin’s cognitive degree of doctors and patients need to be further improved.%目的：调查和分析小剂量阿司匹林在心内科应用现状。方法：随机抽取200例正在服用阿司匹林的患者，调查使用情况，并分析原因。结果：在200例受调查患者中，不了解小剂量阿司匹林能够预防心血管病，用药剂量不规范，随意停药，其他不规范用药均占有一定比例。原因：患者担心出现不良反应，社区慢性病管理不到位，非心内专科医生指导等。结论：医生、患者对阿司匹林的认识度有待进一步提高。
