金嗓利咽丸与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合治疗咽异感症的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of Jin Sang Liyan Pills combine with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia.Method:156 pharyngeal paraesthesia patients who come to our hospital for treatment from January 2013 to March 2014.And they were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Jin Sang Liyan Pills combine with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The control group was treated with Jin Sang Liyan Pills.Reexamine after 1 week and 3 weeks later.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group after treating 1 week was 59.0%,the total effective rate after treating 3 weeks was 87.2%.While the rate of the control group was 46.2% and 65.4%.The two groups of patients with no significant difference in the efficiency after 1 week of the treatment,but the efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 3 weeks of the treatment and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jin Sang Liyan Pills combine with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can effectively treat pharyngeal paraesthesia and the course of the treatment of three weeks at least is better.%目的：观察金嗓利咽丸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗咽异感症的疗效。方法：选择2013年1月-2014年3月来笔者所在医院进行治疗的咽异感症患者156例，按照随机数字表法均分为两组，治疗组患者应用金嗓利咽丸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，对照组患者单独使用金嗓利咽丸进行治疗，于患者用药治疗1、3周时进行复诊。结果：治疗组患者在服药1周后的总有效率为59.0%，3周的总有效率为87.2%；而对照组患者的总有效率分别为46.2%和65.4%。两组患者服药1周治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而在服药第3周时治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：金嗓利咽丸联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片能够有效治疗咽异感症，服药疗程至少控制在3周为佳。
