重型颅脑外伤后早期护理干预对肢体功能的康复影响

摘要

目的：探讨重型颅脑外伤后早期护理干预对肢体功能的康复效果。方法：重型颅脑外伤患者70例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组，各35例，两组均给予急诊开颅手术治疗，对照组在术后给予常规护理，治疗组在此基础上术后给予早期综合护理干预，干预周期均持续4个月。结果：治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为77.1%、51.4%，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前的肢体运动与平衡功能评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后治疗组的肢体运动与平衡功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：重型颅脑外伤后早期护理干预能促进患者肢体平衡与运动的改善，从而提高预后干预疗效。%Objective:To investigate the limb function rehabilitation effects of early nursing intervention for the severe brain trauma patients. Method:70 patients with severe traumatic brain injury based on the random draw were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group,both groups were given emergency craniotomy,the control group was given routine care,and the treatment group was given early comprehensive nursing intervention,the cycle were four months.Result:After judgment,the efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 77.1%and 51.4%,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The limb movement and balance function scores compared between the two groups before the intervention had no significant differences(P>0.05),after the intervention,the limb movement and balance function scores of the treatment group were also significantly higher than those of the cortrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention for the severe brain trauma patients can contribute to the improvement of balance and limb movement,thus improve the intervention efficacy prognosis.
