骨原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical features of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone(PLB),and its pathologic features,treatment and prognosis.Method:The clinical data of patient with primary PLB was retrospectively analyzed,and its clinical features,pathologic features,treatment and prognosis were analyzed.Result:The case was diagnosed as PLB,pathological type of diffuse large B-cell type,after diagnosing the case was given CThOP,for four cycles of chemotherapy,CThOEP for 3 courses of chemotherapy treatment,after treatment,the clinical symptoms improved significantly compared with previous admission to alleviate pain.Conclusion:The diagnosis of PLB should be preferred pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical diagnosis,treatment of choice for radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined treatment,appropriate chemotherapy is important for prognosis.%目的:探讨骨原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤(primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone,PLB)的临床特点、病理学特征、治疗及预后评价.方法:对1例PLB患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其临床特点、病理学特征、治疗及预后评价进行分析.结果:该例病例诊断为PLB,病理类型为弥漫大B细胞型,确诊后开始给予CThOP方案化疗4疗程、CThOEP方案化疗3疗程,治疗后患者临床症状显著改善,骨痛较入院前减轻.结论:PLB确诊应首选病理学诊断和免疫组化染色确诊,治疗首选放疗和化疗的综合治疗,恰当的化疗方案对于患者的预后非常重要.
