老年人口腔修复530例分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate clinical characteristics and treatment condition of elderly prosthodontics. Methods: Clinical data of 100 patients with elderly prosthodontics in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were reviewed . The Characteristics and clinical efficacy of prosthodontics were analysed. Results: 100 patients with 802 of dental defects or missing,the proportion of dental defects (73.94% ) was significantly higher than the proportion of missing teeth (26.06% ) , the proportion of maxilary defects or missing teeth(72.00%) was significantly higher than mandibular dental defects or missing ratio (28.00%) (P <0.01). the proportion of activities denture (75.00%) was significantly higher than the proportion of fixed partial denture (25.00%) ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Somatostatin rehabilitation program of elderly prosthodontics according to mouth disease characteristics.The clinical prosthodontic denture repair focuses on rebuilding or raise the bite jaw , preventing food impaction and temporomandibular joint disease.%目的：总结分析老年人口腔修复的临床特点及疗效情况。方法选择2005年6月～2012年11月期间我院口腔科收治的530例口腔修复的老年患者为研究对象，回顾分析其临床诊治资料，总结其口腔修复特点及临床疗效。结果530例患者共802颗牙齿缺损或缺失，其中牙齿缺损比例73.94%明显高于牙齿缺失比例26.06%，上颌牙齿缺损或缺失比例71.89%明显高于下颌牙齿缺损或缺失比例28.11%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。530例患者中活动义齿修复比例70.75%明显高于固定义齿修复比例29.25%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论老年人口腔修复时要根据患者口腔疾病特点选择修复方案，临床主要通过活动义齿进行口腔修复，修复重点在于重建咬颌或抬高咬颌、预防食物嵌塞和颞下颌关节病。
