精神障碍住院病人家属心理健康状况调查

摘要

Objective: to understand the mental health status of psychiatric hospitalization of the patient's family and the analysis of influencing factors, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods: using self-made questionnaire and symptom Checklist-90 (SCL- 90) to carry out investigation and Analysis on the mental health status of 119 inpatients with mental disorder relatives. Results: the inpatients with mental disorder family have the psychological problems in 109 cases, the detection rate was 91.6%; comparison of different ages SCL- 90 scores in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, there were statisticaly significant differences in factor scores (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); the different course of family members of patients SCL- 90 each factor score in somatization, depression, paranoid, psychotic, factor scores had significant differences (P <0.05 or P <0.01);the relationship between the family and patients are different, the difference was statisticaly significant anxiety factor scores (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the inpatients with mental disorder family poor mental health, and because a relative age, relationship with patients, patients in different stages and different performance.%目的：了解精神障碍住院病人家属的心理卫生状况并分析影响因素，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对119名精神障碍住院病人亲属的心理状况进行调查与分析。结果精神障碍住院病人家属有心理问题者109例，检出率是91.6%；不同年龄段 SCL-90各因子得分比较，在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；不同病程病人家属SCL-90各因子得分比较，在躯体化、抑郁、偏执、精神病因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；家属与病人关系不同，焦虑因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论精神障碍住院病人家属心理健康状况较差，并因亲属年龄、与病人关系、病人病程不同而表现不同。
