前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石58例

摘要

目的：探讨前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析2013年4月～2014年4月在我院经前列腺电切镜鞘操作孔置入钬激光光纤击碎结石的58例复杂膀胱结石患者的临床资料。结果本组58例患者均1次碎石成功并取出，手术时间为40～160min，平均手术时间100m i n；术后持续膀胱冲洗，3～7d后拔除尿管，拔管后排尿通畅,无大出血、膀胱穿孔及电切综合征发生；切除组织病理报告均为良性前列腺增生。所有患者术后复查K U B，膀胱内无结石残留，结石清除率为100%；随访至今，无结石复发及尿道狭窄发生。结论采用前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石具有创伤小、出血少且并发症少等优点，既减轻了患者的痛苦又缩短了住院时间，因其安全、可靠，值得临床广泛应用。%Objective The prostate electricity cut mirror with titanium laser therapy efficacy and safety of complicated bladder calculi. Al patients with postoperative review KUB, bladder calculi residue, stone clearance rate was 100%; Fol owed up to date, no recurrence of calculus and urethral stricture. Conclusion Using electricity cut mirror with titanium laser therapy of prostate bladder calculi complicated with the advantages of smal trauma, less bleeding and fewer complications, reduce the patient's pain and shorten the length of hospital stay, because of its safe, reliable, is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
