胃肠道肿瘤的超声内镜诊治价值

摘要

The coupling of endoscopy, both diagnostic and therapeutic, with ultrasound which called enrndoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)constitutes the most exciting experience to be able to see into and beyond rnthe wall of gastrointestinal tract, it represents the only significant advance in endoscopic thinking and rntechnology that has occurred for many decades. The major intent of this paper is the interpretation of rnEUS concerning TN staging gastrointestinal malignancies including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and rncolorectal cancer;evaluating submucosal tumor;EUS guided, assisted and directed therapy.%超声内镜(EUS)凭借其独特的优势，通过对胃肠道脏壁层次以及邻近脏器、结构的准确辨认，已成为消rn化内镜领域中极具l临床价值的检查诊断和引导治疗手段。本文就EUS在消化道恶性肿瘤包括食管癌、胃癌、rn结直肠癌的术前TN分期，胃肠道黏膜下良性肿瘤的性质判别以及EUS引导下介入性治疗中的应用作一概略rn评价。
