CT检查在尿毒症血管通路病变诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To explore the application value of CT in diagnosis of vascular disease in uremic patients.Methods:50 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected,they were suspected with poor vascular access,and all patients underwent CT scan,we observed the results of the study.Results:30 cases were arteriovenous fistula pathway,30 cases all had stenosis,20 cases were internal jugular vein double lumen catheter with kraft pathway,19 cases had stenosis.Conclusion:Three dimensional CT examination can determine the pathological changes of uremic vascular access,and had many advantages,such as simple operation, painless and so on.%目的：探讨CT检查在尿毒症血管通路病变诊断中的应用价值。方法：收治维持血液透析患者50例，临床怀疑血管通路不良，所有患者均采用CT扫描，观察检查结果。结果：动静脉内瘘通路30例，均发现狭窄，颈内静脉带卡夫双腔导管通路20例，19例发现狭窄。结论：三维CT检查可以确定尿毒症血管通路病变情况，具有操作简便，无痛苦等优点。
