乳果糖口服液、妈咪爱联合治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of lactulose oral solution combined with mami'ai in the treatment of children with functional constipation.Methods:120 children with functional constipation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were directed to change the bad eating habits and defecation habits, patients in the observation group were treated by lactuloseoral solution combined with mami'ai on the basis of the control group. Results: The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group after treatment were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of lactulose oral solution combined with mami'ai in the treatment of children with functional constipation is significant.%目的：观察妈咪爱、乳果糖联合治疗小儿功能性便秘临床效果。方法：收治小儿功能性便秘患儿120例，随机平分为两组，对照组指导患儿改变不良饮食习惯和排便习惯，观察组在对照组的基础上给予乳果糖口服液，同时应用妈咪爱治疗。结果：观察组患儿经过治疗后显效率及总有效率优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：妈咪爱、乳果糖联合治疗小儿功能性便秘效果显著。
