目的：探讨高血压患者不遵医饮食行为的原因及对策。方法：收治高血压患者200例，采用自制调查问卷，包括基本情况，接受健康教育情况及遵医饮食情况以及不遵医饮食原因。结果：遵医饮食16例(8.0%)，不遵医饮食184例(92.0%)。不遵医饮食原因：对护士的指导抱怀疑或不信任态度157例(85.3%)，不良饮食习惯140例(76.1%)，无系统高血压饮食知识147例(79.9%)，缺乏自控能力158例(85.9%)，家庭成员不配合饮食调理101例(54.9%)，认为改变饮食对血压影响不大，不重视合理膳食40例(21.7%)，不知道饮食不当是高血压潜在危险因素30例(16.3%)，不知道高血压造成疾病负担166例(90.2%)，不知道肥胖是高血压危险因素30例(16.3%)。结论：提高患者对高血压疾病的认知程度、提高医护人员宣教水平、指导患者重建健康的生活方式、提高患者家属重视高血压疾病的防治理念、建立社区高血压防治网络是改善高血压患者不遵医饮食行为的主要措施。%Objective:To explore the causes and countermeasures of non follow with medical diet behavior of patients with hypertension.Methods:200 patients with hypertension were selected.We used self made questionnaire,including the basic situation, taking health education situation,follow with medical diet situation and the causes of non follow with medical diet.Results:16 cases(8.0%) were follow with medical diet,184 cases(92.0%) were non follow with medical diet.The causes of non follow with medical diet:157 cases(85.3% ) doubted or mistrusted the guidance of nurses,140 cases(76.1% ) were bad eating habit,147 cases(79.9%) were no system hypertension diet knowledge,158 cases(85.9%) were lack of self-control,101 cases(54.9%) were family members doing not cooperate with diet adjustment,40 cases(21.7%) thought that changing diet had a little effects on blood pressure and did not take the reasonable diet,30 cases(16.3%) did not know that improper diet was a potential risk factor for hypertension,166 cases(90.2%) did not know that hypertension caused disease burden,30 cases(16.3%) did not know that the obesity was a risk factor of hypertension.Conclusion:Improving the cognition degree of hypertension disease of patients,improving education level of medical personnel,guiding the patients to rebuild a healthy lifestyle,improving the preventive and therapeutic concept of hypertension disorder of patients' family members,establishing community hypertension prevention and control of network are the main measures to improve the non follow with medical diet behavior of patients with hypertension.
