胃肠外科围手术期处理中的加速康复外科的新理念

摘要

目的：探讨胃肠外科围手术期处理中的加速康复外科的新理念。方法：收治胃肠外科手术患者88例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用加速康复的治疗方法，对照组采用传统的治疗，观察比较两组的手术时间、胃肠功能、住院时间、术中出血量的变化。结果：观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：加速康复外科理念应用在胃肠外科围手术期具有显著的效果。%Objective:To discuss gastrointestinal surgery perioperative management of fast track surgery of new ideas.Methods:88 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation,and the control group were treated with traditional treatment.The operation time,the gastrointestinal function,the hospitalization time and the bleeding volume of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fast track surgery concept in gastrointestinal surgery perioperative have a significant effect.
