外踝钢板后侧固定治疗A、B型踝关节骨折的临床体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of lateral malleolus steel plate posterior fixation for the treatment of A,B type of ankle fracture.Methods:86 patients with Danis-Weber A,B type of ankle fracture were selected.They were treated by lateral malleolus steel plate posterior fixation.Results:The follow-up time was 8 to 16 months,the average was 12 months.There was no incision infection and plate exposure,fracture was clinical healing.The ankle function was scored by Baird-Jadcson,65 cases were excellent,13 cases were good,4 cases were tolerable,the excellent and good rate was 95.1%.Conclusion:For Danis-Weber A,B type of ankle fracture,with lateral malleolus steel plate posterior fixation,the fixation was reliable,the operation was simple,the incision infection rate was low,the patients can exercise early,the curative effect was satisfactory.%目的:探讨外踝钢板后侧固定治疗 Danis-WeberA、B型踝关节骨折的临床疗效.方法:收治Danis-WeberA、B型踝关节骨折患者86例,外踝使用后侧钢板固定.结果:随访8~16个月,平均12个月.无切口感染,无钢板外露,骨折均临床愈合.踝关节功能按Baird-Jadcson评分优65例、良13例、可4例,优良率95.1%.结论:对于Danis-WeberA、B型踝关节骨折,外踝钢板后侧固定,固定牢靠,操作简单,切口感染率低,可早期功能锻炼,疗效满意.
