活血化痰法在精神科中的应用体会

摘要

目的：探讨活血化痰法治疗精神失常患者的临床疗效。方法：收治精神失常患者112例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各56例。治疗组应用活血化痰法加利培酮治疗，对照组单用利培酮治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组在神志、面部表情、舌苔、大小便方面改善明显，优于对照组。结论：活血化痰法治疗精神失常患者疗效确定。%Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Huo Xue Hua Tan method in the treatment of patients with mental disorders.Methods:112 patients with mental disorders were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 56 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by Huo Xue Hua Tan method combined with risperidone.The control group was treated with risperidone.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,consciousness, facial expressions,the tongue,the toilet improvement were better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Huo Xue Hua Tan method in the treatment of patients with mental disorders was exact.
