儿童手术中七氟烷吸入麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉的效果分析

摘要

目的：观察儿童手术中七氟烷吸入麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉的临床效果。方法：将70例手术患儿随机分为试验组(采用七氟烷吸入麻醉)和对照组(采用氯胺酮静脉麻醉)，将两组手术基本情况以及不良反应进行对比。结果：试验组睫毛反射消失时间、疼痛消失时间、术后清醒时间均明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)，试验组术后镇痛评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率(8.6%)明显低于对照组(34.3%)。结论：儿童手术过程中采用七氟烷吸入麻醉的临床效果显著，麻醉起效时间短，患儿可尽快清醒，不良反应较少，更加适用于儿童手术治疗。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and ketamine intravenous anesthesia in children operation.Methods:70 cases of operative children were randomly divided into the experimental group(with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia) and the control group(with ketamine intravenous anesthesia).The operation basic situations and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The eyelash reflex disappearing time,pain disappear time, postoperative waking time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate(8.6% ) of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(34.3%).Conclusion:The clinical effect of using sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children operation process is significant,the anesthesia work time is shorter,children can be awake as soon as possible,and the adverse reaction is less.It is more suitable for children operation treatment.
