目的：观察用早期肠内营养联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法：收治重症急性胰腺炎患者114例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各57例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊内服，治疗组则给予早期肠内营养联合治疗，连续治疗2周，观察两组临床治疗的有效率，检测治疗前后实验室指标的恢复情况，观察不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组有效率89.5%明显高于对照组的75.4%(P＜0.05)，治疗组白细胞、尿淀粉酶、血淀粉酶的恢复时间与对照组相比缩短明显(P＜0.05)，治疗组不良反应发生率9.6%明显低于对照组的25%(P＜0.05)。结论：早期肠内营养联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗重症急性胰腺炎协同作用显著，利于缩短病程，减少并发症。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:114 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 57 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.The patients in the treatment group were treated with early enteral nutrition therapy,2 weeks of continuous treatment.We observed the clinical therapeutic efficiency of the two groups,detected the recovery of laboratory indexes before and after treatment and observed the incidence of adverse reaction.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group 89.5% was significantly higher than the control group 75.4%(P<0.05).The recovery time of white blood cells, urine amylase,blood amylase of the treatment group was significantly shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group 9.6% was significantly lower than the control group 25% (P<0.05). Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition combined with Bifid Triple Viable capsule in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis has obvious synergistic effect,which can shorten the course of disease and reduce complications.
