泌尿外科腹腔镜手术中的并发症及处理

摘要

Objective:To explore the intraoperative complications and treatment method of urinary surgery laparoscopic operation. Methods:150 patients with urinary surgery laparoscopic operation were selected.The clinical data and intraoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results:15 cases occurred intraoperative complications,and the incidence rate was 10%.Conclusion:The urinary surgery laparoscopic operation process may occurre intraoperative complications.We should expertly grasp the key points of laparoscopic operation,strengthen the perioperative nursing,and active manage the intraoperative complications,in order to improve the success rate of laparoscopic operation and promote the rapid recovery of patients.%目的：探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术中的并发症及处理方法。方法：收治泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者150例，回顾性分析临床资料以及术中并发症。结果：15例发生术中并发症，发生率10.0%。结论：泌尿外科腹腔镜手术过程中可能发生术中并发症，要熟练掌握腹腔镜手术操作的要点，加强术中的护理，对术中并发症进行积极处理，从而提高腹腔镜手术的成功率，促进患者的快速恢复。
