纠正行业不正之风，促进医院改革发展

摘要

目的：在各类因素的影响下，医院出现的不正之风已经受到了社会各界的广泛关注。医疗行业纠风工作是艰巨、复杂的，需要花费大量的时间与精力，必须要坚持“两手都要抓、两手都要硬”的制度，加强对医护人员的培训与教育，抓好医院内部的思想政治教育工作。本文主要分析纠正医疗行业不正之风的措施与注意事项。%Objective:Under the influence of various factors,the unhealthy tendency in hospital had received extensive attention of the community.Cheaking unhealthy tendency in medical industry was arduous and complicated and needed to spend a lot of time and effort,which must adhere to the system of ‘both hands to grasp,both hands to hard’,and strengthen the training and education of medical staff and pay special attention to the ideological and political education work within the hospital.In this paper, the author mainly analyzed the measures and matters needing attention of cheaking unhealthy tendencies in medical industry.
