厄洛替尼辅助全脑放疗治疗肺癌脑转移疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of erlotinib auxiliary whole brain radiotherapy of lung cancer with brain metastasis.Methods:15 patients with lung cancer with brain metastasis were selected from March 2013 to May 2014,and their clinical data was analyzed.Results:After receiving treatment,clinical benefit rate was 100% ;adverse reactions were fatigue, diarrhea,hair loss,etc.Conclusion:The clinical effect of erlotinib auxiliary whole brain radiotherapy of lung cancer with brain metastasis is outstanding.It can effectively promote the survival of patients.%目的:分析应用厄洛替尼辅助全脑放疗对肺癌脑转移进行治疗的临床效果.方法:2013年3月-2014年5月收治肺癌脑转移患者15例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:接受治疗后,患者临床获益率100%;不良反应主要为乏力、腹泻、脱发等.结论:应用厄洛替尼辅助全脑放疗对肺癌脑转移进行治疗临床效果更佳确切,且不良反应较少,可有效促进患者生存周期的延长.
