针刺加拔火罐治疗急性腰扭伤疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and cupping therapy for the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods:172 patients with acute lumbar sprain were selected from January 2010 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 86 cases in each group.The patients of the observation group were treated with acupuncture and cupping therapy,while patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules.We observed the curative effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain has good curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨针刺加拔火罐治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效.方法:2010 年 1 月-2014 年 5 月收治急性腰扭伤患者 172例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各 86 例,观察组采用针刺加拔罐方法治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,观察两组疗效.结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针刺加拔火罐联合治疗急性腰扭伤疗效好,值得临床推广.
