参芍川芎汤治疗酒精性肝炎43例体会

摘要

目的：观察参芍川芎汤治疗酒精性肝炎的临床疗效。方法：收治酒精性肝炎患者82例，随机分为治疗组43例和对照组39例。治疗组应用自制中药参芍川芎汤配合戒酒、休息等常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上应用抗病毒药物恩替卡韦片和葡醛内酯治疗。疗程3个月。结果：治疗组显效率62.79%，总有效率88.37%；对照组显效率48.72%，总有效率74.36%。两组治疗显效率和总有效率比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：参芍川芎汤治疗酒精性肝炎疗效肯定，优于传统药物治疗。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shen Shao Chuan Xiong decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis.Methods:82 patients with alcoholic hepatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group in 43 cases and the control group in 39 cases.The treatment group used the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Shen Shao Chuan Xiong decoction combined with abstinence,rest and other conventional treatment,the control group used antiviral drug entecavir and glucurolactone treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment course was 3 months.Results:The excellent rate of the treatment group was 62.79%,and the total effective rate was 88.37%.The excellent rate of the control group was 48.72%,and the total effective rate was 74.36%.The treatment excellent rates and the total effective rates of two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Shen Shao Chuan Xiong decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis is certainty.It is superior to the traditional drug treatment.
