组合型人工肾中血液灌流器卸载方法的改进

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the best method to unload perfusion device.Methods:40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected.They were respectively given air gravity returning blood(the normal group) and saline unloading method with air unloading method(the modified group) for unloading hemoperfusion.We observed hemoperfusion haemorrhage,heat reaction and hemoperfusion in residue number of red blood cells and required time,and made a comparison.Results:In the modified group,the heat source reaction rate was 1% ;in the normal group,the heat source reaction rate was 3% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the modified group,the dialyzer clotting rate was 0.6%,and the time required was (3.10±0.08)min;in the normal group,the dialyzer clotting rate was 4% ,and the time required was (4.38 ± 0.08)min;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unloading method of air and saline combined was safe and simple.It reduced heat source reaction rates and cross infection,reduced staff occupation exposure to blood borne diseases,and improved work efficiency.%目的:探讨最佳卸载灌流器的方法。方法:收治维持性血液透析患者40例,分别采用空气重力回血法(普通组)和生理盐水卸载法加空气卸载法(改良组)卸载灌流器,观察灌流器溢血、热源反应发生情况和灌流器残留红细胞数及操作所需时间,进行对照比较。结果:改良组热源反应发生率1%,普通组热源反应发生率3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组透析器凝血率0.6%,所需时间(3.10±0.08)min,普通组透析器凝血率4%,所需时间(4.38±0.08) min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气和生理盐水结合的卸载方法操作安全、简便,降低了热源反应发生率和交叉感染的机会,减少了工作人员血源性传播疾病的职业暴露,提高了工作效率。
