尿毒症患者应用头孢类药物的临床观察及护理

摘要

The application of cephalosporins in 28 patients with maintenance dialysis is summarized,in which 3 cases of cephalosporins encephalopathy have appeared,and the condition has been given observation and nursing.We should understand the clinical symptoms of cephalosporins encephalopathy,and the importance of clinical observation of nervous system early symptoms.Nursing should be carried out psychological nursing according to the particularity of patients with uremia.Dialysis room nurses should be timely communication with tube bed nurses,have reasonable arrangement of dialysis time,and do good nursing in dialysis.%本文总结了28例维持性透析患者应用头孢类药物，出现3例头孢性脑病，对其病情进行观察及护理。我们应了解头孢性脑病的临床症状和临床观察精神神经系统早期症状的重要性。护理应根据尿毒症患者的特殊性进行心理护理，透析室护士应及时和管床护士沟通，合理安排透析时间，做好透析中护理。
