酶标仪双波长与单波长比色测定HBsAg的比较

摘要

Objective:To find a more accurate enzyme standard instrument test method with good repeatability.Methods:The accuracy and repeatability of enzyme standard instrument dual wavelength and single wavelength were compared.Results:The single wavelength of CV was 3.45%.The dual wavelength of CV was 1.86%.The difference was very big.The CV value of the single wavelength was much larger than that of the dual wavelength,but the sensitivity of the two were very same.Conclusion:When using enzyme standard instrument than color,it should be detected using dual wavelength,and then make the accuracy of test analysis more accurately,and reduce the error occurred in the experiment.%目的：寻找一种更加准确和重复性较好的酶标仪检测的方法。方法：对酶标仪双、单波长进行准确性和重复性进行比较。结果：CV的单波长3.45%，CV的双波长1.86%，两者的差距十分大，单波长的CV数值是远远大于双波长，但是两者的灵敏度却是十分相同的。结论：在采用酶标仪比色时，应该使用双波长进行检测，进而使试验分析的准确度更确切，降低实验中出现的误差。
