高频超声联合乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨高频超声联合乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值。方法：收治乳腺肿块患者68例(73个肿块)，患者均于术前行高频超声及乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影检查。结果：以手术病理结果作为金标准，高频超声联合乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影诊断乳腺肿块的敏感性、准确性均高于单独使用高频超声、乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影，且特异度明显高于高频超声，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在乳腺肿块诊断中联合应用高频超声与乳腺数字化钼靶X线摄影，可使两者优劣互补，显著提高诊断准确率。%Objective:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods:68 cases(73 tumors) of breast masses were selected.All of them were treated with high frequency ultrasound and mammography before the surgery.Results:Pathological results as the gold standard,the sensitivity and accuracy of high frequency ultrasound combined with breast digital mammography in diagnosis of breast masses were higher than using high frequency ultrasound or breast digital mammography alone;the specificity was significantly higher than that the high frequency ultrasound;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast lumps can complementary advantages and disadvantages,and improve the diagnostic accuracy significantly.
