盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者术后妊娠率及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的：分析盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者术后妊娠率及其影响因素。方法：收治子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者138例，对患者进行腹腔镜手术治疗，分析术后妊娠率及其影响因素。结果：患者术后自然妊娠率与患者年龄、术前不孕年限、不孕类型、r-AFS分期、术前AMH水平、GnRH-a使用情况具有一定的相关性。结论：应更加重视术后GnRH-a治疗的研究，并分析不同药物使用周期对于不同分期患者妊娠状况产生的影响。%Objective:To analyze the postoperative pregnancy rate and its influencing factors in patients with pelvic endometriosis. Methods:138 patients with pelvic endometriosis combined with infertility were selected.They were given laparoscopic operation treatment.The postoperative pregnancy rate and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The postoperative natural pregnancy rate of patients has a certain correlation with the age of patients, preoperative infertility years,infertility type,r-AFS stage, preoperative AMH level,GnRH-a use situation.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the study of postoperative GnRH-a treatment,and to analyze the effects of different drug use cycles on the pregnancy status of different stage patients.
