指背侧筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指中末节皮肤缺损的疗效

摘要

目的：探讨指背侧筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指中末节皮肤缺损的疗效。方法：收治手指中末节皮肤缺损患者36例，采用指背侧筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复，16例直接缝合，20例中厚皮植皮。结果：术后，36例皮瓣完全存活，随访4～15个月，皮瓣质地外观良好，供区恢复良好，患指关节主动活动度恢复优良。结论：指背侧筋膜蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指中末节皮肤缺损的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the effect of reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger in the repair of skin defect of middle and distal finger.Methods:36 patients with skin defect of middle and distal finger were selected.They were treated by reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger.16 cases were given direct suture.20 cases were given the thick skin graft. Results:After operation,36 flaps survived completely,follow up from 4 to 15 months.The texture and appearance of the flap were good,and the donor site recovery was good.The recovery of active activity of injured finger joints was excellent.Conclusion:The effect of reverse island flap pedicled with dorsal fascia of finger in the repair of skin defect of middle and distal finger was significant.
