目的 探讨逆行指背神经营养血管筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指中、末节掌侧皮肤缺损的临床疗效.方法 对20例手指中、末节掌侧皮肤缺损患者采用逆行指背神经营养血管筋膜蒂皮瓣修复.结果 患者均获得随访,时间3~6个月.20例皮瓣均成活,皮瓣质地优良,外形饱满,不臃肿,无明显色素沉着.患指皮瓣感觉均有不同程度恢复,经过康复练习无手指屈伸活动障碍.结论 逆行指背神经营养血管筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指中、末节掌侧皮肤缺损,不需要特殊设备,简单易学,临床疗效良好.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of retrograde finger dorsal nerve nutrition vascular fasciocu-taneous flap in repair of finger,distal palm skin defect. Methods The 20 patients with the distal metacarpal skin defects were treated with retrograde dorsal neurofasciocutaneous pedicle flaps. Results All patients were followed up for 3~6 months. Twenty cases of skin flaps were survival,the skin flaps were fine,the shape was full, not fat, no obvious pigmentation. The skin flap had different degree of recovery,the patient had no finger flexion and extension disorder after rehabilitation practice. Conclusions Retrograde finger dorsal nerve nutrition vascular fasciocutaneous flap can be used to repair finger,distal palm skin defect, which does not require special equipment, and is easy to learn,and get good clinical effect.
