甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖片在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床作用分析

摘要

目的：分析甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖在治疗2型糖尿病中的临床作用。方法：收治2型糖尿病患者120例。随机分为两组，对照组静脉注射甘精胰岛素以控制血糖，试验组在此基础上加用阿卡波糖治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的餐前血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白值，治疗过程中的不良反应。结果：120例患者经过4个月的治疗后，餐前及餐后2 h 血糖值以及糖化血红蛋白均显著改善，但试验组改善情况更为明显；试验组患者发生胃肠胀气、腹泻、恶心呕吐等不良反应比例更高，差异明显，P＜0.05。结论：甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖控制血糖可迅速控制患者血糖，消化道不良反应明显。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the control group was injected with insulin to control the blood glucose,while the test group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group.The postprandial blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,adverse reactions during treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After 4 months of treatment,120 patients had significantly improved postprandial blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,but the improvement was more significant in the experimental group.The flatulence,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions had higher proportion in the test group,with obvious difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with acarbose in control of blood glucose can quickly control blood sugar,the adverse reaction of digestive tract is significantly increased.
