胆囊结石与血脂水平关系的分析

摘要

目的：探究胆囊结石与血脂水平之间的关联性。方法：收治胆结石患者106例为病例组，对其血清脂质成分进行全面测定，同时选择同期来院行健康检查的志愿者为对照组，比较相关成分。结果：病例组受试者的TG、TC、HDL、LDL、ApoA、ApoB等指标高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在形成胆囊结石的诸多原因中，血脂代谢紊乱为最重要因素，血清内的TG、TC、HDL、LDL、ApoA、ApoB指标敏感性较高。%Objective:To explore the correlation between gallbladder stone and blood lipid level.Methods:106 patients with gallstone were selected.The serum lipid composition was determined,and the volunteers were selected as control group.The relative composition was compared with the control group.Results:The TG,TC,HDL,LDL,ApoA and ApoB of the patients in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In many reasons, the blood lipid metabolism disorder is the most important factor.The sensitivity of serum TG,TC,HDL,LDL,ApoA,ApoB are higher.
