Survivin和PTEN在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To study the expression and the clinical significance of the Survivin and phosphate dual specificity aphosphataseactivity of the lipase gene(PTEN)in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods:The expression level of Survivin and PTEN were detected in 40 patients with RCCC and 12 healthy people by ELISA.Results:Compared with the healthy people,the expression of Survivin in RCCC was significantly increased.The expression of PTEN in RCCC was significantly reduced.The expression level of the Survivin and PTEN had a significant negative correlation(r=-0.545,P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Survivin and PTEN in RCCC indicate that they may play an important role in the development of the RCCC.The joint detection of the Survivin and PTEN can be used as a indicator in diagnosis and prognosis of the RCCC.%目的：研究Survivin和双特异磷酸酶活性的膦酸酯酶基因(PTEN)在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用酶连免疫法(ELISA)对肾脏透明细胞癌患者40例和健康人12例中Survivin及PTEN的表达水平进行检测。结果：与健康对照组相比，Survivin在肾透明细胞癌患者中的表达水平明显增高；PTEN在肾透明细胞癌中的表达水平明显降低；两因子的表达水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.545，P＜0.05)。结论：Survivin和 PTEN在肾透明细胞癌中表达异常，提示两者可能在肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展中起重要的作用，两者联合检测有望成为肾透明细胞癌早期诊断及判断预后的辅助指标。
