持续质量改进在预防神经外科术后感染护理中的应用

摘要

Objective:To reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in the department of neurosurgery,analyze and discuss the value and significance of the implementation of continuous quality improvement.Methods:100 patients with surgical treatment in the department of neurosurgery were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 50 cases.Patients in the control group were performed with routine nursing,while the experimental group was performed continuous quality improvement.The infection rate was compared.Results:After the study found that patients in the control group the incidence of postoperative infection was lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The department of neurosurgery stay continuous quality improvement for patients with postoperative can obviously prevent postoperative infection.%目的：为了减少神经外科术后感染的发生概率，分析和探讨实施持续质量改进的价值和意义。方法：收治接受神经外科手术治疗的患者100例，分两组，各50例，对照组患者执行常规护理方案，试验组则执行持续质量改进，比较术后感染率。结果：经过研究发现，对照组术后感染的发生率低于试验组(P＜0.05)。结论：神经外科术后患者实施持续质量改进，能够明显预防术后感染的发生。
