改良膀胱镜鞘加输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨一种能减少输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术对尿道损伤的举措。方法：收治输尿管中下段结石患者220例，采用输尿管镜下碎石治疗。结果：220例腔道碎石治疗中，有效地避免了输尿管镜反复进出尿道时对尿道的损伤及膀胱过度充盈，缩短了手术时间。结论：经改良膀胱镜鞘加输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石具有微创、安全、手术时间短、并发症少等优点。%Objective:To explore a new method to reduce the urethral injury by pneumatic lithotripsy under ureter mirror. Methods:220 patients with lower ureteral calculi were selected.They were treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of crushed stone.Results:In 220 cases of endoscopic lithotripsy, the repeated ureteroscopy of urethral injury in and out of the urethra and bladder was effectively avoided,and the operation time was shortened.Conclusion:The improved cystoscopy and ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe,short operation time and less complications.
