螺内酯、依那普利、卡维地洛联合治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨螺内酯、依那普利、卡维地洛联合治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：收治慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者60例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组采用螺内酯+依那普利+卡维地洛治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率及心功能指标改善均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：螺内酯、依那普利、卡维地洛联合治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of combined therapy with spironolactone,enalapril and carvedilol for chronic systolic heart failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic systolic heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the treatment group were given combined therapy with spironolactone,enalapril and carvedilol,then we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of combined therapy with spironolactone,enalapril and carvedilol for chronic systolic heart failure was significant.
