分析微生物培养标本不合格原因及对策

摘要

目的：探讨微生物培养标本不合格的原因，分析主要的影响因素，找出有效的对策。方法：选取微生物培养标本6000份，包括痰液、血液、尿液等，分析不合格的结果和原因。结果：在6000份标本中，不合格1256份，不合格率20.93%。通过进行调查分析，主要原因包括医护人员服务不周到、患者样本采集步骤不正确等。结论：微生物培养标本不合格的原因是多方面的，有关的工作人员应当增强责任意识，加强管理，进而提高微生物培养标本的合格率。%Objective:To explore the reasons for the failure of microbial culture specimens,analyze the main influencing factors, and find out the effective countermeasures.Methods:6 000 microbiological specimens were selected,including sputum,blood,urine and so on.We analyzed the unqualified results and reasons.Results:In 6 000 samples,1 256 copies were not acceptable,and the failure rate was 20.93%.Through the investigation and analysis,the main reasons included the bad service of medical staff,the wrong patient sample collection steps and so on.Conclusion:The reasons for the failure of microorganism culture specimens were various.The relevant staff should enhance the sense of responsibility,strengthen management,and then improve the qualified rate of microbial culture specimens.
