痔瘘熏洗方治疗肛肠疾病术后常见并发症的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨肛肠疾病术后常见并发症行痔瘘熏洗疗法的临床效果。方法：收治肛肠疾病患者80例，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组行温水熏洗，试验组行痔瘘熏洗疗法，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组临床缓解率82.5%，明显高于对照组的60.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：针对肛肠疾病术后并发症患者行痔瘘熏洗疗法效果显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhi Lou Xun Xi formula in the treatment of common complications after anorectal diseases operation.Methods:80 patients with anorectal disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the control group were given warm water fuming and bathing,while the patients in the experimental group were given Zhi Lou Xun Xi formula therapy.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the clinical remission rate of 82.5%was significantly higher than 60%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zhi Lou Xun Xi formula in the treatment of common complications after anorectal diseases operatio was significant.
