昌吉市社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍的患病情况调查

摘要

目的：调查昌吉市社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的患病率及危险因素。方法：采用分层随机抽样调查方法，用统一的调查表和标准化的调查用语一对一面谈完成调查问卷。结果：在不同年龄、文化程度、有无配偶，是否有脑血管病史情况下，MCI的患病率均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：昌吉市社区老年人MCI的患病率高于国内部分地区，高龄、低文化程度、无配偶和患脑血管病的老年人为MCI的高危人群，应重视预防。%Objective:To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)among the elderly in the community of Changji city.Methods:Stratified random sampling survey method was used, with a unified questionnaire and standardized survey of one on one to complete the questionnaire.Results:In different age,educational level,if there is spouse,if there is a history of cerebral vascular disease, the prevalence of MCI was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence rate of MCI in community elderly in Changji city is higher than that in the country,and the elderly,low education level, no spouse and cerebrovascular disease in the elderly are high risk group of MCI,should pay attention to prevention.
