Disclosed in the present application is a biomarker capable of early diagnosing amyloid beta deposition in the brain and a disease associated therewith through a blood test. The marker according to the present application can make use of blood to detect the deposition of amyloid beta in brains of the groups with normal cognitive function and mild cognitive impairment before the appearance of a clinical symptom and as such, can be conveniently and advantageously used to early diagnose a disease associated therewith.
