颅内血肿微创清除术在神经内科的临床应用

摘要

Objective:To study and analyze the value and significance of minimally invasive removal on the basis of conventional treatment.Methods:60 patients with intracranial hematoma were selected. They were divided into two groups.All patients were treated with conventional drugs.Patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive surgical treatment of intracranial hematoma.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group 90% was higher than that of the control group of 70%,and the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment for patients with intracranial hematoma in the department of neurology,the minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma is carried out,which is effective in improving the efficiency of the treatment and reducing the incidence of complications.%目的：研究和分析在常规治疗的基础上实施微创清除术的价值和意义。方法：收治颅内血肿患者60例，分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予常规药物方案进行治疗，观察组同时给予颅内血肿微创清创术治疗，比较两组疗效的差异。结果：观察组治疗总有效率90.00%，高于对照组的70.00%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对神经内科颅内血肿患者在进行常规药物治疗的基础上实施颅内血肿微创清创术治疗，在提高患者治疗有效率的同时减少了各种并发症的发生概率。
