硬膜外注射右美托咪定治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of epidural injection dexmedetomidine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:64 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group were given dexamethasone+dexmedetomidine+ropivacaine epidural injection, and the control group were treated with dexamethasone + ropivacaine epidural injection.The visual analog scale(VAS)and T lymphocyte subsets test results were compared and analyzed between groups before and after treatment.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.After treatment,the CD8 and 3 months VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group;CD4/CD8 levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of epidural injection dexmedetomidine in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia is good.It can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, improve immune function.%目的：观察、分析带状疱疹后神经痛患者采用硬膜外注射右美托咪定治疗的临床效果。方法：收治带状疱疹后神经痛患者64例，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组给予地塞米松+右美托咪定+罗哌卡因硬膜外注射，对照组给予硬膜外注射地塞米松+罗哌卡因，对比、分析两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及T淋巴细胞亚群检查结果。结果：两组患者治疗后2周VAS评分相对于治疗前显著降低；研究组患者治疗后CD8及3个月VAS评分显著低于对照组，CD4/CD8水平相对于对照组显著偏高(P＜0.05)。结论：带状疱疹神经痛患者采用硬膜外注射右美托咪定治疗的临床效果良好，可有效缓解患者疼痛，提高免疫功能。
