硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果分析

Objective:To investigate the methods and clinical results of magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:60 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results:The treatment effectiveness and maternal and child complications in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome has significant effect,and it can significantly improve maternal comfort.%目的：探讨对妊娠高血压综合征患者实施硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗的方法和临床效果。方法：收治妊娠高血压综合征患者60例，随机平分成两组，对照组实施硫酸镁治疗，观察组实施硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组在治疗有效率及母婴并发症发生情况的比较结果上，均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对妊娠高血压综合征患者实施硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗的疗效显著，且能显著提升母婴舒适程度。
