目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者经硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗的临床效果。方法将我院近年收治的56例妊娠高血压综合征患者平均分为两组，常规组患者单纯使用硫酸镁治疗，联合组在硫酸镁治疗基础上，加用酚妥拉明、硝苯地平，观察两种用药方式的临床疗效。结果在治疗效果方面，联合组患者总有效率比常规组高；在并发症方面，联合组患者发生率比常规组低（P ＜0.05）。结论针对妊娠高血压综合征患者，在硫酸镁治疗基础上，给予酚妥拉明、硝苯地平治疗，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，为母婴安全提供保障。%Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of magnesium sulfate combined phentolamine and nifedipine to the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 56 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were admitted in our hospital in recent years,divided into two groups on average,conventional group of pure magnesium sulfate treatment and joint group on the basis of magnesium sulfate treatment, adding with phentolamine,nifedipine. Then observe the clinical effects of two kinds of medicine way. Results In terms of treatment effect,the total effective rate of joint group is higher than normal group. In terms of complications,patients of joint group is lower than normal group(P < 0.05). Conclusion To patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,on the basis of magnesium sulfate treatment,phentolamine and nifedipine treatment,can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,provide guarantee for maternal and infant safety.
