肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：分析肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科中的临床效果。方法：收治COPD、支气管哮喘患者54例，随机平分为两组。对照组使用沙丁胺醇进行治疗，观察组在此基础上采用不同的肾上腺皮质激素进行治疗，观察两组的实际治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率88.9%，明显高于对照组的70.4%(P＜0.05)，且观察组的肺功能明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。两组均未发生药物不良反应。结论：在临床上对于呼吸内科疾病患者可以依据患者的实际情况采用适宜的肾上腺皮质激素进行治疗，治疗效果良好，安全性较好。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of adrenal cortical hormone in respiratory medicine.Methods:54 cases of COPD and bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with salbutamol treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with different adrenal cortical hormones on the basis of the control group.The actual treatment effect of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%,higher than 70.4% of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients had no adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:In clinical,patients with respiratory diseases can be based on the actual situation of patients with appropriate adrenal cortical hormone treatment,and the treatment effect is good,with better security.
