护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的影响

         

摘要

Objective To apply stratified level management mode in the nursing staff in the department of urology,and explore its impact on patients' satisfaction.Methods Thirty-eight patients admitted between January 2012 and 2013 were selected as a control group,and 42 admitted between June 2013 and 2014 were chosen as an observation group.Both groups were given routine nursing management,while the observation group was provided additionally with stratified level management.The performance appraisal including working load,quality,medical ethics standard and total score,as well as patients'satisfaction to nursing were recorded and compared before and after the intervention.Results All the measurements were significantly higher than those before the intervention.After the intervention,patients'satisfaction to nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The stratified level management mode for nursing staff can improve their comprehensive quality and professional skills on a degree, promote nursing management quality and working efficiency in the department of urology and pa-tients'satisfaction to nursing.%目的:尝试将护理人员分层级管理模式应用于泌尿外科,并探讨其应用对患者护理满意度的影响。方法将2012年1月-2013年1月泌尿外科收治的38例患者作为对照组,将2013年6月-2014年6月收治的42例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组则在常规护理模式的基础上接受分层级管理模式。比较实施分层级管理前后,护理人员工作量、工作质量、医德规范、考核总分和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施分层级管理后,护理人员工作量、工作质量、医德规范评分及考核总分均高于实施分层级管理前;观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组。结论护理人员分层级管理模式能够在一定程度上提高护理人员综合素质和业务水平,提升泌尿外科护理管理质量和工作效率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
