优秀女子跳台滑雪运动员助滑速度特征个例分析

     

摘要

TChinese ski jumping being in a critical period of development, understanding of law and experience on this program will effectively promote it into a good development. With the method of moving images analytic technique with human body model being independently developed, taking the run-up speed of active excellent Chinese female ski jumpers LIU Qi and LI Xue-yao as the research objects, and compared with excellent Japanese female ski jumper Ito, contrastively analyze the run-up speed characteristics of ski jumping, find out that the speed advantage of Chinese ski jumpers is in the first half, the falling range of run-up speed in second half is larger. Suggest Chinese ski jumpers keep the advantage, pay attention and make up for the disadvantage, strengthen load change to adapt to the controlling ability, reduce falling range in the late course after run-up, which is good for improving run-up quality. Preliminary analyze the run-up speed characteristics of ski jumping, further understand the run-up characteristics of technique and tactics, provide a reference for related technique and tactics theory, traning and practising applyment in competitions.%我国跳台滑雪项目正处于发展的关键时期,对该项目的规律认识与经验积累,将有力地促进我国跳台滑雪项目进入良性发展阶段.以自主研制运动图像人体模型解析技术为研究方法,以现役我国优秀女子跳台滑雪运动员刘奇、李雪尧的比赛助滑速度为主要研究对象,并与日本优秀女子选手伊藤对比,通过初步分析跳台滑雪项目助滑速度特征,发现我国选手助滑速度优势在于助滑前程,而助滑后程的速度下降幅度较大.建议我国选手保持优势,重视与弥补弱势,加强变负荷区适应与控制能力,减小助滑后程速度下降幅度,有助于提高助滑质量.初步分析跳台滑雪项目助滑速度特征,进一步认识该项目助滑技战术规律与特点,为相关技战术理论研究、训练与比赛实践应用提供参考依据.
