农村女大学生城市文化适应的测量研究——沪、杭、婺三市9名农村女大学生的访谈分析

本文采用自编的半结构访谈提纲对9名在城市就业的农村女大学生进行了深度访谈,以探讨其城市文化适应的测量维度。研究结果表明,农村女大学生城市文化适应测量可从两个层面进行：一是城市文化适应,二是个体心理适应。城市文化适应包括城市社会关系、城市环境适应、行为方式、思想观念、工作状况、城市语言六个维度,个体心理适应包括心境和个性两个维度。本研究还对城市文化适应测量维度的结构、相应测量工具以及理论进行了探讨。%Nine Female students from rural areas have been interviewed to explore the urban cultural adaptation measurement of female students.The results shows that the urban cultural adaptation measurement includes two facets：urban cutural adaptation and psychological adaptation.Urban cultural adaptation can be measured by six indictors：urban human relationships,urban circumstance adaptation,urban social behavior,innerviewpoint,urban employment,urban language learning.Characters and mood state belong to psychological adaptation.The framework,theory and measurements of the urban cultural adaptation have also been discussed in this survey.
